1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Gold Signal Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Gold Signal Pro provides AI-generated trading signals, analytics, and educational content for XAUUSD. Signals are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. No financial advice / risk disclosure

Trading gold and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Past performance, including any displayed historical results, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on financial services or trading tools.

5. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. We may suspend duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans: Free, Pro ($49/month), Elite ($129/month). Pricing may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund window communicated at checkout.
• Failed payments may downgrade your account to the Free tier.

7. Referral program

• You earn a 30% one-time commission on the first paid month of each qualified referral — Pro pays $14.70, Elite pays $38.70.
• You may refer an unlimited number of people. Self-referrals are prohibited.
• A referred user can only ever be tagged to one referrer; the first valid code wins.
• Qualification requires the referred user to upgrade to a paid tier and complete their first successful payment, after the refund window has closed.
• Fraud, fake accounts, chargebacks, or any abuse cancel the referral and may suspend your code.
• Payouts are reviewed weekly and released within 14 days of qualification through the channel listed in your billing profile.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell signals or platform data; share account access; circumvent rate limits or feature flags; upload unlawful content; or use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

9. Intellectual property

All platform content, signals, brand marks, and software are owned by Gold Signal Pro or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the service for personal use under your active subscription.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access ends immediately and outstanding paid commissions remain payable subject to fraud review.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of signals, or specific trading outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Signal Pro and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gold Signal Pro is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
